Stüssy offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that certain limited-release items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

Securely pack your items and drop off the shipment at any authorized carrier location listed on your return documentation.

After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
